1. Services Provided
Prime Bright Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope of work is defined by the service package selected at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if a property poses a health or safety risk to our staff.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from our team.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 to 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Access: Clients must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are locked out, a “lock-out” fee may apply.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, we ask that clients:
- Secure any fragile, highly valuable, or sentimental items.
- Provide a safe working environment (e.g., securing pets, ensuring utilities like water and electricity are active).
- Notify us of any specific surfaces or items that require special care or should be avoided.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Cash. Late payments may incur a service fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims
Our goal is a “Prime Bright” shine every time.
- Issues: If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to reclean the area of concern at no additional cost.
- Damage: While we take the utmost care, accidents can happen. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. Prime Bright Cleaning is not liable for damage caused by “wear and tear” or improperly installed fixtures.
6. Limitation of Liability
Prime Bright Cleaning and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
